If something is broken, tell the founder directly.
There is no support organization at Atarla. No help desk software, no ticket queue, no phone line, and no service-level agreement. What exists is a person who built the thing you are having trouble with, and a form that reaches him.
What to do right now.
Check Answers and the current documentation first; some questions are already covered there. If they are not, use the contact form and pick the reason closest to your situation. Describe what you were trying to do, what happened instead, and roughly when. That level of detail is what actually gets a problem fixed, faster than a generic complaint.
Because Atarla is a solo-founder company, there is no guaranteed response window and no after-hours coverage. A message will be read and answered by Kevin personally, not by a rotating support team, which means faster or slower depending entirely on what else is happening that day.
What support would need to become.
A real support function needs more than one person able to answer, a documented response commitment that is actually kept, and a way to track a problem from report to resolution instead of a single inbox. None of that exists yet, and Atarla will not claim it does before it is built and tested.
A text or voice assistant for support is a possible future direction, built on a provider abstraction rather than locked to one vendor. It is planned, not usable today.
What is not claimed.
There is no support team, SLA, ticket system, or guaranteed response time. No voice or chat assistant currently answers support questions.
