A company, not yet a corporation.
This page covers Atarla as an entity: its stage, who runs it, how it is funded, and how it intends to make money one day. For the founder's story and the first market Atarla is building for, see About. For who is doing the work, see Team.
Stage and structure.
Atarla is an early-stage, bootstrapped company with a solo founder, Kevin Trinh, based in Houston, Texas. An incorporation application is pending; it has not been completed. Until it is, Atarla operates as the founder's own undertaking, not as a formed corporation.
There is no board, no investors, and no outside capital. Every decision, from architecture to what ships next, is made by the founder. That is a limitation as much as a feature: it means slower parallel progress, and it also means no external party currently has a claim on the direction of the product.
How it is funded.
Atarla is bootstrapped. It runs on the founder's own resources rather than outside investment, and there is no funding round, valuation, or grant to report. That keeps the company's obligations to itself, which is deliberate at this stage.
Atarla does not yet have published pricing or commercial terms. The intended shape of revenue is straightforward: value delivered to the people and businesses who use the product, in exchange for payment from them, without depending on selling their data. No transaction fee, subscription price, or commercial term has been set or published, and none should be inferred from this page.
How decisions are made.
With one founder, decisions are made directly rather than by committee. What gets built next is driven by what the current early customer relationship and the founder's own testing surface as actually useful, not by a published roadmap vote.
As the company grows, Atarla intends to publish more of that process rather than less. Until then, the honest description is a single person making calls and being accountable for them.
What is not claimed.
Atarla is not yet an incorporated legal entity, has no funding, board, or investors, and has published no pricing or commercial terms. Nothing on this page should be read as a financial or legal offer.
