What is tested on every change.

• No horizontal scrolling at desktop, 390x844, 320x667, and a short landscape viewport near 844x390.
• Interactive controls keep a minimum target of 44 by 44 CSS pixels.
• Visible keyboard focus, and a skip link to the main content.
• Text contrast against its actual background, measured rather than assumed.
• Reduced-motion preferences are honoured, and the site also offers its own reduce-motion, larger-text, and higher-contrast toggles.
• Semantic landmarks, one main heading per page, and alternative text on meaningful images.

Known gaps.

• The brand accent used for small uppercase labels does not meet the AA contrast ratio for normal-size text. It is being reviewed, and no page depends on those labels to convey meaning.
• The downloadable PDFs are not tagged for assistive technology. The structured web editions are the accessible reading versions.
• The site has not been tested with every screen reader and browser combination, and no formal audit or conformance statement exists.

Reporting a barrier.

If something on this site blocked you, please say so through the contact form. Describe what you were trying to do and what got in the way. A specific report is more useful than a general one, and it will be treated as a defect rather than feedback.
