What this site collects.

Atarla.com does not require an account. The contact form collects a name, email address, phone number, optional organization and industry, inquiry type, preferred reply method, message, and consent to respond. The newsletter form collects an email address and records the time and version of consent. The unsubscribe form records the email address and time of the request. Consented form records may also include the first landing path, a referral hostname, a campaign label, and site language. They do not include a raw referral URL or search query. If you text the Atarla business number, Atarla receives your phone number and message through its communications provider.

How the information is used.

Atarla uses contact details to review and respond to inquiries. Newsletter details are used to send occasional product and progress updates. Atarla does not sell personal information or use advertising trackers.

Site guide, preferences, and voice.

The multilingual site guide sends the question you submit to Cloudflare Workers AI so it can generate a response from approved Atarla context. Atarla does not place the question in lead records or custom traffic analytics. If your browser supports voice input or read-aloud, its speech service may process audio under the browser provider's terms. Voice starts only after you select the microphone. Reading preferences are stored locally in your browser and are not sent to Atarla.

Storage and technical records.

Cloudflare delivers, protects, and processes the forms on this site. Form records are stored in a private Cloudflare database with no public read endpoint. Atarla records aggregate request categories for useful routes, including likely person, search crawler, AI crawler, user-directed AI agent, referral category, route, response status, and campaign label. The custom dataset excludes IP addresses, full user-agent strings, raw query strings, email addresses, and chat prompts. Classification is probabilistic and can be spoofed. Cloudflare may also process standard request, device, network, security, and performance information under its own privacy terms.

External sites.

Links to GitHub, LinkedIn, X, government sources, and other websites lead to services with their own privacy practices. If you choose to load a public README in Atarla Labs, your browser sends the repository request directly to GitHub. Atarla does not proxy or store the repository URL or README content.

Retention and choices.

Atarla keeps inquiry records only as long as reasonably needed for the conversation, legal obligations, or security. You may request access, correction, or deletion through the contact form. You can also use the direct unsubscribe page to stop marketing and company update emails.

Updates.

This notice may change as the company and website develop. The effective date above will be updated when the terms materially change.
